As a consumer, under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen, 2005:59), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a person appointed by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, sent to:

You may use the form below for this, though it is not mandatory. If you exercise your right of withdrawal electronically via the form below, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no extra cost to you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery (Ch. 2, Sec. 11 distansavtalslagen). [Check whether this applies to your products — cooling ice packs without direct skin contact or hygiene sealing are normally not covered, but have this reviewed legally if in doubt.]
