When you click "Add to cart," the product name and your language selection are recorded (no email). If you then fill out the waitlist form, we additionally collect your email address.
The purpose is to gauge interest in our products and to be able to contact you once they become available. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by actively filling out and submitting the form.
Form data is sent to and stored by Formspree, Inc., a form management tool based in the United States. Since the data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, this happens with appropriate safeguards (e.g. under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on Formspree's current certification — check Formspree's own privacy policy for the latest status).
We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
As long as the waitlist is active, or until you request deletion. Formspree automatically deletes submitted forms per its own retention policy for free accounts.

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The form functionality (Formspree) may set technically necessary cookies to prevent spam — these do not require consent, as they fall under the exemption for strictly necessary cookies.
