We do not currently sell directly through this website — you can only register interest for the waitlist here. Actual purchases (if any) happen through our Etsy shop, where Etsy's own terms of sale apply in addition to the consumer rights described below. These terms will be expanded with full purchase conditions once direct sales through this site potentially begin.

1. Scope

These terms apply to consumers under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) interacting with the Sauna Freeze website, operated by [Name/business].

2. The waitlist

By leaving your email address in the form on the website, you register interest in being contacted once a product becomes available for purchase. This does not constitute a binding purchase contract and is free of charge.

3. Future purchases

Once products become purchasable — via this website or our Etsy shop — separate purchase terms will apply, presented at the time of purchase, including price, delivery terms, and payment method.

4. Prices

Any prices shown on the website are provisional and, where applicable, include Swedish VAT (moms, 25%). Final prices will be set when the purchase function actually launches.

5. Intellectual property

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for temporary interruptions to the website's availability or for errors in the form functionality (e.g. if an email fails to arrive due to technical reasons).

8. Governing law
